Violet Comfort Colors Tee printed with white inks reading, "WHEN I FIGHT, I FIGHT ON MY KNEES."
A note about Libby:
Libby was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia. Very similar to Leukemia, severe aplastic anemia means that Libby’s bone marrow is basically “broken” and not doing its job, creating platelets, and red and white blood cells-which we know are very necessary.
Libby has a long treatment road ahead of her that will involve completely suppressing her immune system (potentially with chemo and other immunosuppressant drugs) in order to prayerfully prepare her body for a bone marrow transplant.
Libby is the kind of child who helps in the special needs classroom, because she has a heart for the children. The kind of child who has a birthday party and instead of gifts for herself, collects items for charity or people in need. The kind of child who in her hospital bed was being a little ray of sunshine, complimenting all of her nurses and doctors on things she liked about them, and never forgetting to tell them thank you for whatever they may be doing for her.
She is a true joy.
Jesus shines through her each and every day and we are blessed just by knowing her.
The more people we have letting God know our needs, the better.
God is sovereign and we will not let this trial test our faith-but we are begging Him to hear our prayers in Jesus’ name.
